As an Industrial Officer with the CPSU/CSA, you will provide advice and representation to union members in relation to their terms and conditions of employment. You will be exposed to all elements of the employment contract, interpretation and enforcement of public sector industrial instruments and representation before State and Federal industrial relations tribunals and courts.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate experience in industrial relations, possess advocacy skills and have the ability to manage a varied caseload. You will also be assisting individual members and dealing with employers in disputes.
