Water Corporation Specific Conditions

Testing

Why does Water Corporation have separate FAQs?

Whilst you do share many of the same employment conditions as other state public sector workers there are some conditions which are unique to your agreement due to the nature of your work and because Water Corporation falls within the federal industrial relations jurisdiction (Fair Work Act 2009) because it is a constitutional corporation.

The following FAQs cover only those particular conditions of employment which are different to Government Officers’ Salaries, Allowances and Conditions Award 1989 and the Public Service and Government Officers General Agreement 2011.  If a condition of employment is not included in these Water Corp FAQs then you can refer to that condition of employment where it is covered in the General FAQs as your provisions will be comparable.

These FAQs also apply only to Water Corp employees who are Level 6 and below ie not party to a “Water Corporation Employment Agreement – Managerial Position”.
